Mi Casa is a twelve page mini comic inspired by Samantha's experience with homelessness as a teen. Often when creating art about traumatic experiences in life we might feel like we're reopening old wounds, but for Samantha this fantasy story is healing. She turns this otherwise dark time in her life into something unique and fun. Through these characters we can understand the emotions and hardship that Samantha went through as a kid and can enjoy a story filled with passion.
